1969 to Present: Spiegel Brown Fichera & Acard, Poughkeepsie, N.Y., partner since 1972; engaged in all phases of litigation and trial practice and intellectual property.

1985 to Present: Town Justice, Town of LaGrange, New York.

1969 to 1971: Assistant District Attorney, Dutchess County, Chief Assistant 1971, all phases of criminal prosecution, including trial experience.

1965 to 1969: International Business Machines Corporation, East Fishkill facility, all phases of intellectual property including patent prosecution, validity and infringement studies, trade secrets and litigation.

1962 to 1965: Varian Associates - Patent Counsel to one of their divisions handling all contracts and intellectual property matters.

1956 to 1962: Westinghouse Electric Corporation - conducted legal and patent research matters while attending law school, thereafter handled patent, trademark and related matters for their International Division.
