Mr. Coté’s practice has focused primarily on representing injury client and their families and has recovered millions of dollars in a variety of types of cases. Mr. Coté also has an emphasis on the highly technical area of no fault insurance law representing both injured patients, as well as medical providers in bringing claims against no-fault carriers when they refuse to pay for medical benefits due to patients and providers. Mr. Coté feels that his successful results are due primarily to his thorough preparation, listening to his clients and attention to detail. Many of Mr. Coté’s current and former clients have referred their friends and family to him when they have a legal problem.
